I just wanted to write a short note to say thank you all so much for your assistance, kindness and generosity during the last few months of working with us on the Lexus ERM project. We are all too aware of how much effort and work went into organising the event from your side, and we know that we could not have achieved it onsite without all of your support.

On a personal note, I’d like to think that this is not the last time I will be working with you all at TLC and I wish you all the very best for now and the future. I hope we can keep in touch and would urge any of you to contact me if you visit the UK.

Our Account Manager came back raving about you, saying how professional, efficient and flexible you were on site and Joanne and I would like to add that we felt exactly the same in dealing with you in the lead up to the meeting as well.

Our groups, however small, can always be demanding with last minute changes and requests and a great deal of how well a meeting runs, is dependant on how good the DMC is.
